Project: Tetty Way

Location: Bromley, Kent

This 7 storey, new build development on an enclosed town centre site comprises 23 1,2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments, all with secure cycle and car parking spaces. Each apartment has a balcony facing the adjacent park. Modern methods of construction were utilised to ensure a speed of construction, in-situ concrete for the basement to first floor, with a structural, prefabricated, steel frame system used for the upper floors and roof.

Construction began in August 2007 and was completed August 2008.
