Location: Cyprus

We have a wide range of experience outside the UK; including residential and commercial schemes in France, Turkey and Cyprus.

This mixed use building within one of the residential campus’ of EUL University in north Cyprus, comprises a café, mini-market, shops, student studio space, and storage area. Construction is due to start by the end of 2009, utilising a prefabricated panel cladding system.

The second project, Citrus Village, on the northern Cyprus coast, sees a masterplan for 42 1 and 2 bedroom apartments set around 2 swimming pools and generous landscaped surroundings. This project is currently in the feasibility stage.
