Project: The Cleves

Location: Kemsing, Kent

This project comprises the conversion of an existing youth hostel into 3 x 4 bedroom, and 1 x 2 bedroom townhouses, and the construction of a further 3, 3 bedroom townhouses. All set within an area of outstanding natural beauty, the planning process was a long one, but after 3 years of negotiation we were granted approval earlier this year.

Construction is now underway with a completion date set for the summer 2010.
